we will continue
sharing the vibrant light
that has been passing
through hearts
since ancient times.
How to sing,
with and without vibration,
in movement
and from powerful sound
to a deep state of silence.
We all share
a growing concern
for our mental
and emotional health.
I would like to introduce you
to a proven approach that allows
for rapid self-training and self-regulation
of attitudes and emotions,
helping to balance our mental
and emotional well-being
while fostering a deeper awareness
of our spiritual growth.

OBJECTIVES
The student will begin
to learn from the most basic sounds
of his own frequency,
of his different nature
or emotional state, he will be able to recognize
and learn to elevate the nature of the
mind, heart and body.
He will learn to be rooted
in the earth and feel safe and free,
breathing openly.
He will learn the Gurmukhi script.
Work will be done on the meridian points,
leading the student
to a unique experience,
he will be able to recognize how the vibration
moves inside him.
The chakras will be a point of observation
from an ancestral space.
